Willows in the fall

Started an intermediate photography class with my bff Rachel, and our teacher is great! I feel like it will be a lot of stuff I know (cause most people are trying to learn manual and I've been doing it for three years now), but I'm excited to be able to step back and rethink my technique and learn all that I can. And of course time with Rach is the best part.

Since Kyle was out of town for Friday night date night, I decided to stroll down our street and practice some photoing. 

Spring | /spriNG/: (noun) the reemergence of photos

Some photos taken on campus doing an assignment for class. Nothing amazing, but I just love taking them. And it shows how much like spring this winter has been...   

While I was wandering around, I happened upon another girl taking photos who stopped these pogo-ers and asked to take their photo. It was a cute little scene.

Elana and I had a picnic! And guess what was on the menu? Tomato sandwiches :)

And I have decided that these are my favorite flowers. I can't remember what they're called, but they're gorgeous.

So, some leaves fell down a few months ago

I'm really terrible at this updating thing. It's more to keep me learning and growing than anything, but I've just fallen behind. Anyway, here are some fall pictures... This year I didn't really take many pictures of the leaves, which is sad. But here's a taste of what I did get.

My bright spot

These are just a few of the inspiring sights along my favorite run. The bad thing about running, though, is that you can't bring a camera along to capture the essence of the beauty you see. So I did one evening when I had a spare hour. I never cease to be amazed by the beauty of the world around me!
This is my favorite thinking spot. It's so peaceful.

Blueberry picking with Adrienne! Elana and Adrienne's mom came along as well. The blueberries were delicious and we made blueberry crisp out of some of them. And that night there was a beautiful sunset.
